The 10" comes in an extraordinary "carton-woven" image in a fold-out cover.
The tracks were recorded between 1997-99.
The record contains six tracks of excellent experimental artistically vocal
material that conjures up a very unique atmosphere.
The ambivalent voice apper  deep, dark and powerful, and yet can be subtle
at times as well.
All of this is adorned with flowing sounds such as resonant flutes and chimes.

Released as a 10" Picture Disc with great pictures in a specially embossed zip-polybag.
Familiarize yourself with SLOGUN and it will be a memorable day in your life-making you enter a world filled with noise, crime and entertainment.
This is the atmosphere created for the new WRR release, "How it Ends", a 6-track 10" recorded between 9/01 and 04/02 exemplifying the strong power of both SLOGUNS lyrics and noises, and also reflecting the feelings of genuine apathy during that time period.

White Rabbit Records proudly presents the new 11 track Jack or Jive CD, their first new
material since "GYAKKOU" two years ago. Comes in a great cardboard embossed sleeve with
a woven image from the artist Seizo Inoue and icludes 8 b/w Postcards taken during live
events over the past 3 years in Germany and Taiwan. The postcards show Chako in other-
worldly images, expressing the wide range of her voice.
TOWARDS THE EVENT HORIZON, has to do with spiritual life, to which it gives and from
which it takes. With remarkable intricacy, Chako's voice unfolds an extraordinary singular
universe where all sounds, with their ambitious and various scopes, both fragile and powerful,
form an existence of being in a strange yet beautiful world.
Jack or Jive's methods to express their truly artistic music is through lush soundscapes, the
mysterious voice of Chako, and various beautiful surprises.

Jack or Jive - LIFE, LP release-date: january 04
White Rabbit Records is proud to present the release WRR005
of Jack or Jive`s latest LP "LIFE".
The cover art was specially created by Chako to encapsulate the various themes of this album;
contrasting the severity of its static graphic design with
the dynamic qualities of the organic pattern contained within.

The elaborate pattern of the design can be fully appreciated by unfolding
the cover`s cardboard inlay, while the record itself possesses an
intriguing texture of streaking marble-like jets emanating across its
surface.

The album offers two tracks: LIFE and WOMEN IN BLACK; both  were
composed in 1991, prior to the release of their premier album, PRAYER.
These tracks were remixed in 2003, and are presented here,
complete with their evocative atmosphere of intense emotion and resonating analog tone.

As the Persian Gulf was revisited by the shadow of war in those particular
years (1991 and 2003), the album`s creation may own some connection to those tragic events.

Please note that 30% of every copy of this album sold will be contributed to
the support of the impoverished and powerless peoples of the Gulf area. We
know that more needs to be done to stop war than the buying of this album,

event night of the show, the chalk drawings are reproduced here on special rough paper,
